Christmas Countdown

Are you ready for Christmas? This year I "cheated" and made my Christmas cards using My Digital Studio (I will post the card at a later date). It was definitely a time saver, but I did miss stamping the cards. I made the Christmas card below using the Ornament Keepsake Stamp Set and the matching Holiday Framelits die. The card is vanilla with the top layer embossed using the snowflake embossing folder. The ornaments were stamped and then easily cut out using the matching framelits. If you make this card, just be sure to stamp the saying before embossing!

Penguin Punch

This card was a card that my stamp club ladies made. It is made from lots of punches! Isn't he cute?!?

It snowed at least 12" here yesterday, so I thought this card was fitting. We were hoping for school to be cancelled, but no such luck:( Since, I'm subbing, no school would mean a free day for me as well! I need at least a month of no school to get caught up on everything!

Enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by....

Fall

Fall may be coming back with the warmer temps we are having...woohoo! The card below was created by my friend and fellow demo, Brenda Hukriede. This card showcases the designer paper. Another card you may want to CASE if you are making sets of cards to give as gifts this Christmas.

Butterflies

I'm still here! I have so many ideas and projects that I would like to do and share with you. However, they are all in my head! I hope to get back to stamping and posting on a more regular basis. This substitute teaching and kids sports is really cutting into my stamp time!

The card below was made by my stamp clubs in August (see how far behind I am!). I love the simplicity of it.

This card may seem "out of place" for this time of year, but if you plan on giving any sets of cards as gifts this year, you  may want to include this one since it is quick.

Have a wonderful day!

Blossom Punch

Can you believe it? Another post? I've been neglecting my blog! I love the card below because it is clean and simple! It uses designer paper and the blossom punch along with baker's twine.

Have a fabulous weekend! Snow is predicted for MN:( Hopefully, this card will brighten the day for any Minnesotans!

Fall

Wow! I can't believe it is November 1 today! Time is flying by. The card below was made in my stamp class a couple of months ago. I love the "old" truck and farm feel. The stamp set is called Countryside and watercolor crayons were used to color the image. The Woodgrain embossing folder was used on the Really Rust paper.

Thanks for stopping by my blog....

Halloween Class!

My Halloween Class will be this Friday, October 26 at 7:00 pm. Email me to sign up!

At the class, you will make 10 treat bags and 2 cards which are pictured below.

The bags are vellum which can be dry embossed using a variety of embossing folders. You choose the stamps you wish to use on the tags. Fill them with your choice of candy and you have a perfect little Halloween treat to give! (Sorry, but the candy is not supplied at the class.)

The card below uses the mummy from the Googly Ghouls stamp set along with the Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper. This is a CASE from Julie Davison

This next card is a great size when you need a smaller card. It is half the size of a regular card. What I like best about it, is that you can cut a regular size envelope in half for it! This card is a smaller version of the one created by Becky Roberts
